OCTOBER 13, Washington DC, Mt Pleasant Public Library (free) - Screening of Punk the Capital AND the short film Scream Meets the Hangmen with guest Q&A with Bob Berberich of the legendary 1960’s band The Hangmen! They were the first to put out a rock record in DC! Reservation required.
